Upon booking, visitors will receive a copy of our Terms and Conditions, which includes but not limited to, the property being for bowhunting only, and hunters are to provide their own insurance through a current ABA or equivalent membership. Firearms, hunting dogs, motorbikes or spotlighting are NOT allowed. All hunters are required to agree to our terms and conditions, and sign a release and indemnity.
Accommodation and hunting access is charged at $150 per person per night. We do not charge for children under 16.
No, however there is a limit on goat numbers per hunter.
A 4wd is required to drive around the property due to the nature of the terrain and numerous creek crossings. The property can be accessed with a 2wd however, and a portion of the property is dissected by this road, therefore you would not be completely limited without an off-road vehicle.
Absolutely! Kids under 16 stay for free. There are many opportunities to explore nature within close proximity to the cottage. The yard is fully fenced.

There is very limited mobile service across the whole district, except on some hills. Wi-fi is available in the cottage, as is a UHF base station.
The property is centrally located to Manilla, Bendemeer and Uralla, all of which offer major services, and a vast array of different activities from historic pubs to galleries, markets etc. Warrabah National Park is also in close proximity and has lovely swimming holes in summer and fishing all year round. Birdwatching and bushwalking is right on your doorstep around the property.
